really lovely spot to grab lunch! there were so many options making it ideal for anyone with specific dietary requirements. we got a quiche with 3 side salads for £6.95 and a pastrami sandwich (made fresh) for about £5 - both were absolutely delicious and really great value for what you get. would absolutely recommend if you're in bowness!

Amazing deli! I had the pastrami sub and my partner had the hot sausage and onion sub. Both were freshly made and delicious. Great service also.

Wanted something as a back to takeaway. We had 2 large subs with turkey on from there deli counter and some crisps. The staff were friendly and the service very good. We ate them later and bread was soft and the turkey nice. It was very filling

We come here every time we are in Bowness, best sandwiches, good quality, very fresh, tasty and so much choice. Staff are always friendly. Would highly recommend.

I visit here everytime I come to Bowness. This is the best deli I’ve been to. I get a sandwich, potato salad and a brownie every time and they are all amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We got sandwiches from here a few years back, remembered it was good so went back and it was just as tasty this time! I also got a salad which was so nice and very fresh. The staff are lovely and helpful. Great place to grab some food for on the go.

My wife and I have been here twice, they make a fabulous baguette, fresh & stuffed with our favourite ingredients, this is a must for a luxurious picnic 😋 we can't wait to have more. Thank you again

As you go in, either side of you are shelves full of natural snacks and drinks such as organic teas, preserves and snacks etc. Ahead of you though, the best bit by a mile, is great big deli counter bursting with delicious-looking (and tasting) wholesome, hand-prepared dishes that you can pick and mix in varying sizes of card takeaway trays. We only found this on our second-to-last day of our trip to Bowness but made sure to go back a second time before we left the next day. Absolutely delicious food at a great price and a lovely lady behind the counter too - highly recommended!What a gem!! Me & my partner grabbed 2 turkey bacon sub rolls from here for lunch, they were £4.50 each and they were awesome! This Deli is THE BEST place to see people who really care about serving exactly what customers want. I had local sausage with fried onions in granary roll, my wife had a fabulous 3 x salad choice with Goat cheese quiche. The service was so fresh and friendly. 100% recommend it!

I work nearby and discovered this place recently. I now go often because it's the best place to grab lunch. So much choice (and I'm a picky eater!), good prices, and a really nice environment. The food itself is delish and I always look forward to my lunch break. Super lovely staff too who are kind and helpful - would recommend!
